The whole reason to call us
The Same Letter-Size Sheet, Four Different Prices
These are the published walk-in rates at the three places most people take a laminating job. Not one of them publishes a volume break — the price is the same whether you bring one sheet or five hundred. We are a wholesale laminator, so our price falls as your run grows, because our cost does.
That is 55% below Staples and 68% below FedEx Office, at 250 pieces — and the gap widens every step up the ladder. Office Depot looks close until you read the fine print: their same-day laminating excludes quantities over 15 sheets. The cheapest retail price on the board is not available to anyone ordering a real run.

Everywhere else it is a checkbox
Look at how the big printers sell this. Lamination is a finishing option you tick at the end of a print order — often with no price next to it at all. Nobody sells laminating as the product. We do, because it is the only thing we do.
Their “volume pricing” often isn't
We priced a competitor's laminated menu at 25 pieces and at 1,000. Identical per-piece price at both. That is a price list with a volume column that does nothing. Ours moves at every break, and the table above is the whole thing.
Retail quietly caps the order
The cheapest counter rate we found excludes quantities over fifteen sheets. Retail print counters are built for a walk-in with a certificate, not a printer with a skid. Past about a hundred pieces you are not their customer.
Laminating your sheets. Send them flat and we seal, trim and pack. Want us to print them too? We do wholesale colour printing as well — ask for the combined rate, it is cheaper than buying the two separately. 3 mil and 1.5 mil run less; 7 and 10 mil run more. Round-corner, hole-punch and slit are pennies, not surcharges.

Anything printed on paper
What We Laminate
If it is printed on paper and it needs to survive being handled, spilled on, wiped down or hung outdoors, it comes through our shop.

Restaurant Menus
Single sheet, folded or multi-panel. Wipe-clean, spill-proof, reprint-cheap.

Placards & Signage
Wall signs, table tents, shelf talkers, safety and instruction cards.

Placemats
Tabloid and oversize, round-cornered. The workhorse of family restaurants.

Posters & Maps
Up to 27″ wide and as long as you need. Gloss for punch, matte for glare-free.
Badges, Tags & Cards
ID badges, luggage tags, membership and loyalty cards, price tags, bookmarks, teaching aids. Slit, punched and round-cornered to spec.
Oversize & Odd Sizes
Anything up to 27″ wide runs on our roll laminators at any length. Odd trim is a Tuesday here, not a surcharge conversation.
Trade & White Label
We are the back shop for printers, agencies and franchise groups. Blind ship to your customer with your packing slip. Your client never sees us.
Get the spec right
Gloss Or Matte, 1.5 Mil To 10 Mil
Most people order the wrong thickness and find out after the run. Here is the short version, and if you are unsure, call and describe the job — that conversation takes two minutes and saves a reprint.
- 1.5–3 mil — menus and inserts that stay flexible and fold. Cheapest per sheet.
- 5 mil — the default. Stiff enough for a menu that gets handled fifty times a day.
- 7–10 mil — placemats, outdoor signage, anything that has to stand up on its own.
- Gloss — colour pops, deepest blacks. Shows fingerprints under hard light.
- Matte — no glare under downlights or flash. The right call for anything photographed or read at an angle.

Why cheap lamination fails
A Bad Seal Shows Up Three Weeks Later
Delamination at the corner. A milky haze across a dark solid. Silvering along the edge where the film never bonded. None of it is visible the day the box arrives — it shows up after the menus have been through a few shifts, and by then they are your problem, not the printer's.
- Heat and pressure matched to your stock — coated stock and uncoated stock do not seal the same, and a shop running one setting all day gets one of them wrong.
- Sealed edge, not a cut edge — we leave a proper bond around the perimeter so the film cannot lift.
- Solids checked before the run — heavy ink coverage is where silvering happens. We look first.

Who we are
A Real Shop In Henderson, Nevada
Lamination Services, Inc. has been the laminating back shop for print brokers, sign shops, agencies and restaurant groups for over 25 years. We are not a marketplace, we are not a reseller, and we are not a retail counter with a pouch machine. We own the laminators, we run them ourselves, and everything ships from our own floor.
That is also why the price works. A retail print counter is selling you a service they treat as an add-on. Laminating is the only thing we do.
Our guarantee
If The Seal Fails, We Reprint It Free
Delamination, silvering, haze, a lifted corner — if the lamination fails on a piece we sealed, we run the job again at our cost and we pay the freight both ways. No tolerance percentage, no “within industry norms,” no returning the boxes first.
- 90 days from delivery, because a bad seal shows up weeks later, not on the dock.
- Freight both directions is ours — you do not pay to ship back a job we got wrong.
- No return required. Send a photo. We believe you and we rerun it.
- We flag the risk before the run, not after. Heavy solids and coated stock get checked first.
Compare that to the retail counters. Of the nine sellers we priced, five publish no guarantee at all, and the one branded guarantee we found has no terms published anywhere.

A company that will not put a physical sample in your hand before you order is asking you to take their word for it. We are not.

Questions We Get Every Day
Do I have to print with you, or can I send my own sheets?
Either. Most trade customers print their own and ship us flat sheets to laminate, trim and pack. We also do wholesale colour printing, and the combined print-and-laminate rate is cheaper than buying the two separately.
What thickness of lamination do I need?
5 mil is the default and the right answer for most menus. Use 1.5 or 3 mil if the piece needs to stay flexible or fold. Use 7 or 10 mil for placemats, outdoor signage, or anything that must stand up by itself.
Should I choose gloss or matte lamination?
Gloss makes colour pop and gives the deepest blacks, but shows fingerprints and throws glare under hard light. Matte eliminates glare and is right for anything read at an angle, photographed, or used under restaurant downlights.
What is the largest piece you can laminate?
Up to 27 inches wide and any length. Our roll laminators do not care how long the sheet is, which covers tabloid placemats, oversize posters, maps and banners.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale laminating?
Our pricing is built around volume, so the value starts around 100 pieces and improves from there. We will take smaller jobs, but below about 25 pieces a retail counter is genuinely competitive on convenience and we will say so.
Can you ship laminated work directly to my customer?
Yes. We blind ship with your packing slip and your branding, direct to your customer. Your client never learns we exist. Most of our print-trade customers work this way.
How do I send artwork or printed sheets?
For printing, send a press-ready PDF built to finished size with an eighth-inch bleed where artwork runs off the edge. For laminating your own sheets, ship them flat on a skid or in cartons and call first so the run gets scheduled.
Why is your lamination cheaper than Staples or FedEx Office?
Laminating is the only thing we do, and they treat it as a retail counter add-on. Their published walk-in rates are $1.99 to $2.75 per letter sheet with no volume break at any quantity. We are a production laminator, so our cost falls as your run grows. The film is the same film.
What if the lamination fails after I ship it to my customer?
We reprint the job free and pay freight both ways for 90 days after delivery. No tolerance percentage and no returning the boxes first — send a photo. A bad seal shows up weeks later once the piece has been handled, which is why the window is 90 days.
Do you offer round corners, hole punching or slitting?
Yes, all standard finishing, priced in pennies rather than as a surcharge. Round corners for menus and placemats, hole punch for tags and badges, slitting for multi-up cards. Tell us on the quote and it is included.
